Agenus is a biotech company specialized in R&D of IO (Immuno-Oncology) therapies for the treatment of cancers and infectious diseases such as Covid-19.
Style manual created for the already existing Agenus brand.
Consistency in visual aids was key to achieving visual unity and enhancing the understanding of scientific storylines across all presentation materials for both internal and external audiences. A unique graphic style was defined for each subsidiary company’s brand to differentiate overlapping storylines.
The introduction of purple and gradient colors provided an opportunity to differentiate the brand in a space saturated with repetitive color schemes.
For websites, social media campaigns, and virtual events, more vibrant colors and motion graphics were introduced to capture attention and break down dense information into more digestible and appealing pieces.
As in-house Creative and Digital Manager, I lead the creative department, integrated by in-house and freelance designers and developers, working collaboratively with multiple departments across the organization. I directed and executed visual communications for web and UI, video, profile photography, social media, editorial, print, and diverse digital needs.
Illustration style developed for infographics and 2D animations.
One of many defined in this graphic style, this infographic was created for one of the subsidiary companies of Agenus. It illustrates an innovative production method for immunologic drugs, and has been used in websites, slide decks, and scientific presentations.
Generation of 3D digital assets for scientific storytelling, such as this piece for a social media campaign to inform about the collaboration of Agenus with a leading biotech company to further develop a promising cancer pathway for the treatment of cancer, TIGIT molecules.
Agenus has developed know-how into standalone products and solutions, each of which needed brand development.

Brand Statement: The infinity symbol represents the division of a curative cell, suggesting unbound replication of curative solutions.
Offering: Mink develops a healthy donor's sample of iNKT cells into many infusions of natural inNKT treatments for patients with cancer and infectious diseases; an allogeneic process.

Brand Statement: The Q, used as logo-symbol, encapsulates a tree, stating nature as source of inspiration.
Offering: SaponiQx is inspired on saponins, derivative molecules of the soap bark tree from Chile, to create next generation adjuvants for more potent vaccines.
Agenusbio.comBetter integration with third party services that don't have API implementation was a must. I ideated web implementations, such as dynamic header and footer menus, for a seamless integration with the investor site and the HR portal. Additional implementations were necessary to establish versatile logistics to support the fast-paced communications needs.
